How to Make a Reindeer Christmas Craft in 5 Easy Steps
Step 1: Tint the Vase
Clean the inside of your Dollar Tree vase with rubbing alcohol. Mix Mod Podge with brown acrylic paints. Use metallica and milk chocolate tones for depth.

Pour the mixture into the vase and rotate until fully coated. Let the excess drain out and allow it to dry overnight.
Step 2: Build the Face
Cut a brown felt snout (a long oval) and glue on a red felt nose. Use brown fabric to add a dimensional smirk. Punch white and black cardstock circles to create eyes and cute, small dark brown felt eyebrows.

Arrange everything to give your reindeer personality, then glue into place.
Step 3: Attach the Antlers
Use a heat gun to loosen the antlers from the Dollar Tree headband. Once they are released, glue them to the top sides of the vase.

Step 4: Add the Collar
Wrap the red headband around the vase like a collar. Trim down for a clean fit and glue it on. Add three small jingle bells to hide the areas where the antlers were removed.

The collar gives the reindeer vase some extra charm!
Step 5: Light it Up
Drop in a battery-operated string of fairy lights. Turn them on to give your reindeer Christmas craft a magical holiday glow.

At night, these little guys shine brighter than you’d expect and look beautiful displayed together, tall and short versions…both work great

Your reindeer Christmas craft costs only a few dollars, looks store-bought, and brings so much holiday joy.

Let me know in the comments, do you like the taller or shorter reindeer better?

This cute reindeer makes a beautiful Christmas centerpiece, a cozy nightlight, a bookshelf accent, or even the perfect hostess gift for a holiday party. Wherever you put it, it instantly adds cheerful Christmas spirit.
