Emoji Resin Coaster | Another Coaster Friday | Craft Klatch

Learn how to make an Emoji Resin Coaster!  It’s an easy resin craft tutorial with fun emoji combinations!  Resin coaster ideas are endless and soon you’ll start looking at everyday things differently!  In this case, I found these cute emoji erasers and thought they’d look awesome in a drink coaster.  you can make a resin coaster set as a fun addition to your home decor.

This is the resin I used for this project:
FX Poxy:  http://amzn.to/2AF3Pkk ~ According to the manufacturer, this one is heat resistant to 500 degrees F.


Here is a quick video tutorial, so you can see exactly how I made it:

1.  I found these super cute emoji erasers and thought they would make a very bright and happy coaster!

2.  I mixed two ounces of resin and poured approximately one ounce of resin into the mold.

3.  I used my lighter to pop the bubbles.

4.  I placed the erasers into the resin.

5.  I used my stir stick to press them down into the resin.

6.  I poured another ounce of resin onto the erasers.

7.  I popped the bubbles and let it cure for a minimum of 12 hours.

8.  Once cured, I removed it from the mold.

That’s it!  Now you have a super cute coaster, sure to bring smiles!
