Valentine’s Day Tree | DIY Projects | Craft Klatch | How To

I found an unfinished wood tree in the clearance aisle at Hobby Lobby.  I decided to turn it into a Valentine’s Day Tree!  Hopefully it will be loved forever!  😉

–  Thin wire:  https://amzn.to/2CDwCu1

–  Light green paint:  https://amzn.to/2Rgdo5X
–  Light pink paint:  https://amzn.to/2BIio9F

Here is the video tutorial:

Directions:
1.  Paint the tree.  I did a pink for the upper half and green for the lower.  It will take at least two coats.

2.  Paint the wood words white and allow it to dry.

3.  Once the words have dried, you can take clear drying glue and paint the letters.  Sprinkle with white glitter to make sure it is all sparkly!  Allow to dry.

4.  Paint some glue on the edges of the tree and sprinkle with glitter.  Allow to dry.

5.  Take a wire and create hooks for the felt hearts.  Hang them from the limbs.

That’s it!  Now you have a very festive Valentine’s Day Tree!

Happy Valentine’s Day Everyone!  Remember:  Life’s too short not to shimmer, so grab your glue gun and your glitter!™  Stay safe!
