Fancy Marshmallow Treat

When I finished making my marshmallow pigs, I had pink white chocolate left over.  I thought I would use it to further dress up a marshmallow.  This is what I came up with:
Watch the quick tutorial to see how I did it:
You will need:
–  Marshmallows
–  Lollipop sticks
–  White chocolate chips
–  Decorating sugars, pearls, or whatever look you are going for.
(I used cupcake gems I found at the grocery store.)
–  Food color
Directions:
1.  Heat the chocolate chips in microwave until melted and smooth.  Mix in 2-4 drops of red food color.
2.  Put marshmallow on lollipop stick and dip around halfway down.
3.  Sprinkle on decorations and put in rice bowl or styrofoam block to dry.
That’s it!
Imagine these as a centerpiece at a bridal shower in the colors of the wedding.  They would be great for a baby shower, the late night snack table at the wedding, or a kids party.  They can be dressed up or dressed down!  With Father’s Day around the corner, you can customize them and make them more masculine!
Have fun with them and I would LOVE to see what you come up with!  Leave comments, send pictures, etc.!
Happy Crafting!
