You will need:
Coaster mold:
Donut mold:
Popsicle sticks:
Multi-surface paint:
Hot glue:
Clear glue:
Pigment powders:
Resin (use whatever resin brand you like):
Easy Cast:
Art Resin:
Clear Cast:
FX Poxy: ~ According to the manufacturer, this one is heat resistant to 500 degrees F.
Fast Cast (optional for white background):

White pigment (optional to tint clear resin for background):

1.  I used two molds for these coasters.  The first is the regular coaster mold I use.  The other is a donut mold, that I flipped over and used the inside cavity.

2.  I mixed my resin.  Figure approximately two and a half ounces.  I used a resin that cures white and added pigment powder to give it a subtle color.  You can use clear curing resin and tint the color as well.

3.  I poured resin into two of the larger coaster cavities and some into two of the smaller cavities.

4.  Once the resin cured, I removed the pieces from the molds.

5.  I used a combination of a clear drying glue and hot glue to attach the smaller pieces to the larger pieces.  The hot glue keeps everything in place, while the other glue dries.

6.  I painted on the features, which included the beak, eyes, waddle and feet!

7.  I used colored popsicle sticks and put glue on them.  Again, I did clear drying glue and hot glue combo.

8.  I pressed the turkey onto the glue.

That’s it!

I hope you give it a try for Thanksgiving!

Remember:  Life’s too short not to shimmer, so grab your glue gun and your glitter!™  Stay safe!
